NOTE IMPORTANT TWO WEEK DEADLINE

The following items must be received no later than two weeks prior to the festival date in order for your choir to participate in the festival:

• Choir annual membership dues $75
• Festival registration fee $50
• Payment of $15/per singer, chaperone and choral director for the minimum number of estimated participants
• Talent Release forms for each of your choristers
• Hard copies of music (optional, required only if your choir plans to participate in the prelude)

Choirs that are missing any of these mandatory items after the two week deadline will be prevented from participating in the festival.
